ORDER STATUS/SHIPPING?


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number.

All items will be shipped via USPS first class (usually if under a pound) and/or priority mail unless other arrangements have been made. If it is a rush order it may be shipped via UPS with the additional RUSH fee purchased at checkout.

  • Rush shipments take usually between 1-4 days for delivery
  • USPS first class or Parcel Post usually take between 3-10 business days unless it is for customized/personalized items and/or otherwise noted in the description of the item - this is usually for specialty items that require customization.
  • Items that are personalized please see details below.
  • We do not process or ship items on Saturdays or Sundays. We ship Monday-Friday only. During holidays or weekends, please allow 3-5 days extra for shipping.
  • Not responsible for for shipping delays by carrier or damage done during shipping. If your item arrives damaged we will gladly file a claim. You will need to provide pictures of the damage and packaging.

RUSHED ORDERS?

If you need your order rushed. Please call us to let us know so that options can be discussed, otherwise we will not know that it is a RUSH order.

WHAT IF MY ORDER WAS RETURNED TO SELLER BY USPS/UPS?

Any unconfirmed addresses by USPS/UPS or any incorrect address information within PayPal is not our responsibility. That responsibility falls directly on the buyer to furnish Blue Sugar Boutique with the correct shipping address. Items will be shipped to the address supplied to us at checkout. Blue Sugar Boutique will not be responsible for loss, damage or stolen merchandise due to any incorrect address information provided to us at the time the order is placed. If you wish to ship to alternate address, you must provide the information at the time the order is placed so make sure all mailing/shipping information is correct. 

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have trouble tracking your package with the tracking number given to you, please contact either USPS or UPS depending on your shipment option. We send items directly to the address provided at the time of purchase and are not responsible for incorrect addresses.

*A RESHIP FEE will be charged for any and all items sent back to us by USPS/UPS due to incorrect mailing/shipping information. Item will be held until fee is paid.

RETURN EXCHANGE POLICY?

We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your order, you must contact us within 3 business days from the confirmed delivery date, so that we may address your concerns and if necessary return/exchange your purchase. See specific details below regarding Customized/Personalized items as the terms and conditions differ on those specific items!

All returns or exchanges must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed with tags still intact in original packaging. Customers will assume return shipping cost. A 15% restocking fee may be applied depending on the reason for the return/exchange. We inspect and check all items before they are shipped for defects and imperfections. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

  • When making a return/exchange you must be issued a RRN number by Blue Sugar Boutique. Contact us immediately to obtain your RRN number. Use the RRN number provided by Blue Sugar Boutique when sending the item back to us.
  • If you do not use the RRN number given to you by Blue Sugar Boutique the return or exchange may not be processed properly and result in you not receiving the refund in a timely manner. 
  • NON QUALIFYING ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE - smells of smoke, pet odor, body odor; has stains, animal hair, has been washed or worn or if it has been damaged it will not qualify. 
  • All SALE items and CLEARANCE items are FINAL and do not qualify for returns or exchanges. All returns/exchanges must be completed within 15 days from date of purchase. 
  • Lost, Stolen or Damaged Items - Blue Sugar Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items being returned to us. We suggest that you send it back using an insured courier. We also highly recommend that you are provided with a tracking number or delivery confirmation and keep this for your records and possible for our reference to confirm reciept of your return.
  • Refunds are in the form of the original payment we received. Example - the credit card used for original purchase. If the refund is applied to your credit card, the credit card company may take up to 10 additional days to post it on your account. 
  • If you need to make an exchange for a different size - we encourage you to purchase the new size needed and your refund will be processed once the original item is returned to us in original condition.
  • We DO NOT accept C.O.D. requests of any sort.
  • We DO NOT refund the original shipping cost at the time the original order was placed. 
  • Customized or Personalized Orders - CANNOT be returned or exchanged. Due to the nature of the these specialized items, unless the item arrives damaged or defective due to an issue caused during shipment process, we simply cannot accept returns for customized items. If there was damaged during shipment please contact us immediately. 
  • If there was an error made on our behalf regarding the design specifications then the item must be returned and inspected, and information regarding the error given in detail, we must receive the item in new and unused condition.
  • We are NOT responsible for your failure to follow care instructions.
  • If you place a custom order that differs from the listing on our website, a proof will be sent to you for your approval prior to completion.
  • If you received your item and it was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately.
  • We will gladly cancel your order for custom items ONLY per your request but it MUST BE REQUESTED ON THE SAME DAY as initial order was placed or it will not be honored. NO EXCEPTIONS! NO cancellations/refunds after 24 hours!

SIZING?

Please refer to the sizing of the item listed in the description.

Industry standard for baby apparel is to use the age as the size. It is important to measure your child as it is possible to have an older child still needing a smaller size, as well as a younger child needing a larger size. If your child's measurements fall into two different sizes between weight and length (i.e. 24 lbs and 32" inches) then it is best to size up to ensure a better fit.

CONDITION OF USE?

Some of our items and accessories for children contain small components and could potentially become a choking hazard. Never leave a child unsupervised while using these products. All Blue Sugar Boutique products are use at your own risk. By placing an order you agree that Blue Sugar Boutique accepts no liability for use, misuse, or lack of supervision while using our products.

CUSTOMIZED/PERSONALIZED ITEMS?

These items are customized to your specific needs. If you have an idea but do not see it listed, please contact us directly, we love working with our customers to create one of a kind items. Custom items are final sale since each one is unique and made to order. 

PRODUCTION TIME?

Our production time (prior to shipping) changes from time to time, but is generally 1-3 weeks. We will notify you of our estimated turn time once order has been placed.

Due to the nature of custom/personalized items the work on your custom order will not start until payment has been received.

**Please remember that PRODUCTION TIME and SHIPPING TIME are two separate things. 

CUSTOM TUMBLERS?

All tumblers are made using high quality products and are purchased through Authorized Dealers ONLY! Tumbler designs are handmade with care and the process cannot be rushed. Once completed the tumblers have a smooth glass like finish and are 100% FDA compliant. Each piece is unique and as with any handmade item some slight imperfections and variations may occur.

*All tumblers include lid but DO NOT include a straw except for KIDS TUMBLERS!

*YETI TUMBLER: If you order a Yeti brand tumbler the YETI logo on the side will be covered by the customization if you customize it with glitter. However, if you would like for the logo to be visible, please note this detail in the specifications of your order.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR TUMBLERS? 

Instructions are included in every order but are as follows:

  • Gentle hand wash ONLY!
  • No scrubbing or abrasive materials
  • DO NOT soak!
  • DO NOT PUT IN DISHWASHER - NOT DISHWASHER safe!! Do not put them in dishwasher for any reason.
  • DO NOT microwave! They are metal and are never microwave safe.
  • DO NOT Freeze!
  • Keep away from abrasive or harsh detergents/chemicals

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR CUSTOM CLOTHING?

Instructions are included in every order but are as follows:

  • Turn garment inside out and machine wash cold on gentle cycle
  • Mild detergent only!
  • DO NOT use bleach
  • Tumble dry low/medium heat.
  • DO NOT Dry Clean!
  • Iron inside out on medium heat.
  • DO NOT use steam.
  • DO NOT put iron directly on design.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY?

Sorry but once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Once you receive your order you can return it but please refer to the Returns/Exchange policy listed above.

Unless otherwise specified, all materials and photos appearing on this site may not be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or any means without our prior written permission. All rights not granted herein are reserved. Any unauthorized use of the images appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

MISSING ITEMS?

If for any reason you are missing an item/items in your order you must notify us within 48 hours of the receipt of your order. Please email us at info@bluesugarboutique.com

MULTIPLE ORDERS?

For a multiple product order, we will try to make every attempt to ship all items at once. However, any items that are not available at the time the order is placed, will be shipped when they become available, unless you inform us otherwise to hold your order until it can be shipped as a complete order. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted at the time of checkout. The entirity of this shipping charge may be applied to the initial item/items shipped on a multiple item order.

PRIVACY?

We keep your information private. We will never sell your information to anyone.

TAXES?

We shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales taxes on orders placed in Texas. For orders shipped to other states you are solely responsible for sales tax or other taxes for your state.

It is our understanding that the sales tax requirements may have changed and we are currently awaiting further instructions from our state taxing authority. Our website will be updated accordingly as soon as we receive it.
